A day of classes for those with a year or more of IEW experience

Cost: $25.00/participant (Teachers & Parents may observe at no cost)

Concurrent registration in one or more sessions of the Friday, October 1 Mini Conference is expected for teachers or parents of enrolled students.

Story Writing (Grade 3-8) 8:30 AM–11:00 AM

These 2.5-hour classes for students Grades 3-10 will give direct instructions in aspects of IEW Units III (stories), Unit VI (research), Unit VII (creative writing). Grade levels are approximate; however, all students should have some experience with Key Word Outlines and at least a few of the dress-up techniques. Class size is limited to 30 participants. Parents are encouraged to observe.
