Email Courses

Writing Foundations offers Email Courses for most of the IEW syllabus units. Via email and handouts, students receive step by step lessons through the stylistic techniques and writing lessons for each unit. When students complete a lesson, they send their document to Ms. B. who edits and comments on their work. Students revise and move along at their own pace (parental accountability is essential ;-). Students also receive a plethora of handouts to create a writing notebook along the way.

There are a number of courses to choose from. Students have up to one year to complete a course. See http://www.writingfoundations.com/email-courses/ for more information.

Student Editing Services

Writing Foundations also offers Student Editing Services for students who have completed a series of Writing Foundations or IEW courses and are simply in need of an independent editor. Ms. B. will edit your student’s papers for spelling, typos, punctuation, capitalization, grammar, clarity, word choices, redundancy, inconsistencies, and style. SES includes complementary access to all of Ms. B’s handouts.

Students are selected for SES on a case-by-case basis only. If you are interested in Writing Foundations Student Editing Services, contact Ms. B. http://www.writingfoundations.com/writing-foundations-student-editing-se...
