Do I have to do the PAL program every day?

The more time you give it, the faster your student will progress. I would try to get it in at least three days a week. The lessons do not take very long, especially if you have created your game folders in advance, so you can zip through them.
It is a little more teacher intensive for the first week or two as you show your student the process, but the goal is to teach your child how to practice things on his own. The materials are so fun to use that the practice is usually something he will want to do, so in the long run, it will not take much time every day.
