How do I retrieve the e-files I purchased?

You will find the file in your files tab on the IEW website. To find them, follow these directions:

1. Be sure you are logged in.

2. Click on the "Your Account" link in the upper right hand corner of this web page. Your purchased e-books and audio downloads are under the "Files" tab.

3. Click on the name of the product to download to your computer.

4. If your file is not there, please contact our helpful staff using the Help & Support link at the top of your screen.
