Registered Instructors
• Have demonstrated that they have received training in using the tested and proven Institute for Excellence in Writing principles
• Are provided additional training opportunities by Excellence in Writing to support continued improvement of their teaching methods
• Receive promotional support such as referrals from Excellence in Writing via our website or phone calls (optional)

Requirements
• Completes basic Teaching Writing: Structure and Style (TWSS) video training course or 2-Day live seminar
• Owns a TWSS Seminar Workbook
• Completes application and includes practicum assignments from TWSS training with application
• Submits $50 application fee
Benefits
• Receives periodic e-newsletters, with helpful hints and suggestions from Andrew Pudewa and others
• Is entitled to use specially designed logos with the IEW Registered Trademark exclusively designed for use by Registered Instructors for promoting their classes and validating their relationship with IEW
• Gains promotional support for classes offered such as Registered Instructor’s contact and course offerings information posted on Excellence in Writing website (optional)
• Is permitted to submit lessons on the Excellence in Writing Lesson Share website (currently unavailable)
• Receives discounted tuition fees for teacher/parent training events hosted by Excellence in Writing
Renewable
• Every two years by paying renewal fees of $50
• Shows evidence of continuing education in Excellence in Writing methods
