Notes:

• To return an item for a full refund, follow the link below to request a prepaid return label. (Proof of purchase from IEW may be required.)
• If you are exchanging a product, you may use the prepaid label for your return. Normal shipping costs will apply for the new products you are ordering.
• If you purchased a product from one of our resellers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Your return label should be processed and arrive via email in 1-3 business days.

Upon receipt of the return, IEW will process the exchange or refund the full purchase price within 30 business days.
(If we are able to refund directly to your credit card, we will do so. Otherwise we will send a refund check.)
