(Due to this being our busiest time of the year, returns may take longer than normal. Expect to see your refund processed in 30-60 days. Thanks for your patience!)

Notes:

• To return an item for a full refund, follow the link below to request a prepaid return label. (Proof of purchase from IEW may be required.)
• If you are exchanging a product, you may use the prepaid label for your return. Normal shipping costs will apply for the new products you are ordering.
• If you purchased a product from one of our resellers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Upon receipt of the return, IEW will process the exchange or refund the full purchase price within 30 business days.
