Mrs. Ingham will share challenges and triumphs from her forty year adventure of teaching where she made numerous innovations for the sake of children. Throughout her career, Mrs. Ingham and her pupils developed the Blended Sound-Sight Program of Learning which incorporates a balance of reading, writing and spelling techniques organized in a pleasant environment. While describing her program she will emphasize character building, good discipline, goals and the opportunity for students to celebrate each other's success.
